Dave Hanner has been a great asset to the production of our "CD". For those of
you who don't know Dave, we would love to tell you a little bit about him. Dave
has been working with his close friend from the seventh grade Bob Corbin for most
of his life. Performing their music in the
Corbin
Hanner Band and writing songs that have been recorded by great artists such
as: Mel Tillis, Alabama, The Oak Ridge Boys, The Marshall Tucker Band, Anne Murray,
Glenn Campbell, Don Williams, Hank Williams Jr., and Kenny Rodgers. In addition
to their five number 1 hits. Mel Tillis' "Blind in Love," Alabama's "Can't Keep
a Good Man Down" and "Fire in the Night," the Oak Ridge Boys' "Beautiful You"
and Don Williams' "Lord, I Hope This Day Is Good" both Corbin and Hanner have
written a number of jingles for such national products as Diet Sprite, Doritos,
Pepsi and Hi-C, as well as local companies like Burgunder Dodge and Eat'n Park.
Dave has given us his expertise throughout this project and with him working with
us we are puting a "CD" together that you all will want in your collection.
