Is from Beaver Falls, PA plays bass guitar and lead and background vocals. Joe is a music major from Edinboro University, which included schoolastic band and chorus honors. Joe also olays many other musical instruments. He also won a partial recording contract in Nashville, TN in 1998. Some previous bands include: "Strangers", "Double Dealin" and "Apache Junction".
